Scown Building Company recently completed new construction of 30,000 s.f. of office condominiums in Glenview, IL, demolition and renovation for a new Tech Center in Bedford Park, tenant build-outs at 2 N. LaSalle, 150 S. Wacker, and numerous projects for Glenborough Realty and other prominent REITS.
Our work experience in industrial construction includes press foundations, receiving and loading dock expansions and repairs, in-plant offices, overhead and dock door repairs and replacement, plant and warehouse cafeterias and restrooms, install and repair water mains, road and yard maintenance and repairs.
Scown Building Company has worked for the State of Illinois and the Capital Development Board to build new classrooms and medical facilities at the University of Illinois Medical Center and U of I at Chicago.
